Hello, hello, HELLO!
I decided to start doing weekly wrap ups to add something new to my blog. There are plenty of times where I DNF books or change my mind about wanting to read a book that was previously on my TBR. I figured this would be a great way to keep you guys updated with my bookish festivities.
Because this blogs will be edited throughout the week, it will be more informal than my other posts.
A couple weeks ago a started The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid and A History of Wild Places by Shea Ernshaw. I wasn’t really reading them because I was preparing for a test, so I decided to restart them this week.
March 23
I have restarted A History of Wild Places today. I am 31% in and honestly, I’m kind of bored. I’m hoping that this book will grab my attention before I get halfway through. I do plan to finish this regardless because I do have physical copy that I ordered from BOTM, so there will be a full review. We’ll see what happens.
March 25
Idk about A History of Wild Places yall. I’m gonna keep reading even though I am just at the 39% mark. I’m gonna sit this down for now and begin The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. Now this is one of TJR’s most hyped books and I hear nothing but good things about this book. I’m really excited to dive into this one.
12% into The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo and wow. I love when a book catches my attention and makes me want to keep on reading for me. I’m ver curious about Evelyn’s relationship with her seven husbands. And I mean…who was the love of her life?! Lol
March 27
16% into the Evelyn Hugo story. I’m very much still interested to see where this story goes.
I’m finding that my reading pace has been a lot slower these days. I don’t know if it’s the new environment or the fact that I am coming off of a reading slump, but its definitely something I have noticed.
See yall in next week’s wrap up!
