Happy New Year!
Wow, 2022 was a crazy busy year for me. I had establish some reading goals that I wanted to accomplish last year and unfortunately I was not able to truly meet any of them. This year I decided that I am going to get back on track, set goals, and work to try to accomplish them.
One of my top goals is to get back to consistently posting like I was in the last few months of 2021. I know that I can do it and I do feel that this year will be back to normal for me and I will be able to achieve that goal. With that being said, February may be a little slow for me posting wise, as I will be moving back to the states. So once I am officially settled, things will be back on track.
Another goal of mine is to incorporate more posts than just book reviews. I will continue to do my normal quick book review posts, but I want to go back to posting my anticipated releases for the month. I will also continue posting my Book of the Month pasts well. I want to incorporate detailed book reviews every now and then. These kinds of reviews will be extremely detailed and will consists of spoilers. I feel these kinds of posts will be appropriate for books that I thoroughly enjoy, however, there may be one for a book that I may not enjoy as much.
I haven’t decided what other kinds of posts I would like to start doing, but as the weeks go on, I’m sure they will come to mind. I would also like to hear about what you would like to see as well. Feel free to comment to let me know the kinds of posts you would like to see on my blog.
I also want to get my Instagram for this blog up and running as well this year. I do plan to redesign my blog at some point this year, so you will see a change in the look of the website as well.
As far as my book goals, I think I did a good job last year exploring different genres, so I will continue to that this year as well. I want to read 100 books this year with a goal of hitting 50 by July!!
2023 will be the year of growth for this blog and I am excited to see it’s progression. For those that have stuck around this long, I truly appreciate you all!!
